Coordinating with the laser with power 30w, the precisely designed and easily adjusted structure for delivering solder wire could directly send the wire into the place where the laser-light focus on for soldering. All the condition settings, such as the parameter of laser power, the amount of tin to be delivered etc. could be controlled by computer. Compared to the traditional laser, this new structure has a characteristic of longevity, small size, low power consumption and gas circulation cooled, which enables it to integrate into the whole production system easily. The laser solder is especially suitable for use in the soldering process of small soldering area and easy heat-absorbing, or when there are many parts around obstructing soldering tip or the sending angle, not a solution that works faster than traditional soldering iron.
